Use the transfer details shown on the order page and provide proof when requested. The customer is responsible for including the correct order number in communications.
Stock and fulfillment
Stock is not reserved when an order is created. Availability is checked and stock is deducted when administration confirms payment.
If an item is unavailable at review time, we will contact the customer to cancel the item or order and arrange the appropriate refund.

Acceptable use
